Transaction & Ledger Data
All financial records, customer details, and transaction histories you input are stored locally in an isolated Android Room Database, and synced with secure Google Firebase Firestore nodes for real-time cloud backup.

To ensure operational scalability and generate revenue to support developers, we integrate third-party APIs that may collect diagnostics and cookies:
Google Play Services
Used for continuous app functionality, security verifications, and essential engine updates.
Google AdMob
Displays banner/interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect AAID/IDFA flags to deliver personalized ads.
Firebase (Analytics, Auth, Firestore, Storage)
Used for real-time cloud ledger synchronization, secure OAuth logins, file uploads, and diagnostic trace monitoring.
Application Permissions
To operate correctly on Android, the App requests permissions under strict runtime prompts:
Internet Access
Required to instantly sync your Room database changes to the cloud servers and receive live system announcements.
Storage & Gallery Access
Required only if you choose to upload/edit custom profile pictures or customer transactional receipt images.
Data Security Measures
We value your trust in providing us your personal and business transaction information. We use industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase to protect your data:

User Rights & Data Deletion
